Ettore 71140 Professional Brass Backflip Window Cleaning Combo Tool, 14-Inch

I used to own a retail store in Dallas and I paid a window cleaner to clean the outside of my windows every few weeks...it was always amazing how much cleaner everything looked INSIDE when the light came through with no dust on the OUTSIDE of the windows.

Since I had the store for 5 years, I was pretty darn familiar with the commercial process of window cleaning and what they used so, now that I have a home with windows quite out of reach from the ground, and because even the ones within reach merely streak like crazy with Windex and paper towels, I searched Amazon for what my good ol' professional window washer used to use on my store.

And there were tons of window cleaners on here so it took some time to find this one! The difference here in what I personally wanted is that it had the sheepskin on one side that you tip in a bucket of cleaner and wipe on the window... and this is way better than a sponge that wears out and you can remove it and clean it after use...then you don't need a separate squeegee, you just flip it around and sqeegee the dirt off, just as you would do with the car cleaner at a gas station on your car with their sqeegee cleaner.

Negatives: None as far as cleaning. Nothing works as good as this but, for the life of me, I couldn't find a cleaner that had the above attributes and a telescoping pole already attached to reach my windows way off the ground...so I bought this head and then took a risk on the telescoping Ungar pole. It fit. But I wasn't sure since there was no suggestion as the pole I should buy with this... I guess if you don't need to this reach high places and may just be using it on something like your shower than it's a good thing as you can just use it as a hand cleaner and then buy the pole you want to go with it...but it confused me as to what I should get to make it fit my own needs.

Bottom line: The commercial window cleaners were way more expensive on cleaning sites I explored before I made this purchase but it works flawlessly and my windows sparkle inside and out and their cleaning was long overdue!
