Being a die hard fan of asian culture, (which includes the cuisine, of
course!)I decided that this pillow would be the ultimate way to
celebrate one of my favourite foods, sushi! I received this pillow
today, and I love it so much; it looks so good on my bed and is an
excellant addition to my room!

This pillow is aaaaamazing. My husband was snoring so much that I had
to use ear plugs; those didn't always work. I was ready to sleep in
another room just to get a good night sleep. My husband ordered this.
It took ahwile to get the pillow. (He was actually ready to go to a
retail store to purchase a pillow.) We decided to wait for this one; I
am so glad we did. I don't know how it works so well, but it does. I
can sleep through the night and not wake up from his snoring. He says
that it is comfortable and has no problem sleeping on this pillow. I
would recommend to anyone!

This pillow is fabulous. I had neck pain with tingling radiating down my
arm to my index finger. (Obviously a bulging cervical disk/pinched
nerve.) To treat myself, I stopped my usual exercise routines for
awhile to let myself heal, took anti-inflammatories for a couple of
weeks, bought this pillow and the books "Treat Your Own Neck Pain" and
"Treat Your Own Back Pain." Long and short, I was 100% better after a
few weeks without the huge expenditure of time and money required for
treatment by doctors or physical therapists. A few months later, and I'm
still pain free and have no physical restrictions whatsoever.
I
have to wonder if the people who found the pillow uncomfortable did not
follow the directions that say to ease into using it by gradually
increasing the time of use. I, too, found it a bit uncomfortable at
first, but that quickly passed by using it as directed. I'm still using
it now b/c I'm such a believer. It provides light cervical traction
while lying on your back (with an optional simple neck support if you
turn it around). Better yet (at least for me), for long term use, it
provides perfect support for your neck when sleeping on either side so
long as you move to the proper position on the pillow as indicated by
the directions.
I split my time between the US and Europe, and this pillow always goes with me. It's one of the best purchases I've made.

I LOVE this pillow!! Every night when I first put my head on the pillow,
it does remind me ever-so-slightly of a cement block. But then after a
few seconds, my head melts perfectly into the pillow. It is soft yet
firm. If it gets too soft in that area after sleeping for several
hours, I can move my head to a fresh spot and break through the
firmness, kind of like creme brulee. It's fun and I love it. It
doesn't get mushy like other contour pillows I've had in the past.
