I think it's good, but I wish it had a little more power. I like to
clean the nooks and cranies in the bath and around the shower door. I
don't mind the size, I can get two bathrooms clean before the steam runs
out. I think being able to shut it off until it is ready for use is a
great feature. thumbs up!

My son's dog is the ideal dog with one exception. He sheds like crazy!
I can vacuum the wood floor but the furniture turns into a furry mess
when he rubs against it. I've bought every gadget that I could find to
try to deal with this with no avail. This vacuum pulls the hair from
the fabric with little time and effort. The rubber nubs instead of
bristles on the brush really do the trick. I hope that larger vacuums
will follow with this concept.

I rely on this little cleaner to keep up with pet stains. I could not
be happier. It cleans, it picks up the water nicely, it's quiet and
it's an inexpensive option.
The water container is easy to operate, it sits right down with a tight seal, it's easy to carry.

I injured my shoulder and had to have surgery, the other shoulder was
recovering from a surgery the previous year. I was worried about taking
care of my hygiene while incapacitated, I saw this device and ordered
it. It works great! I found that toilet paper isn't the greatest
medium for these but the flushable damp wipes sold in the TP isle is
just the thing.
We have a great room (kitchen, dining, living area) that has slate
flooring. After LOADS of research about floor cleaners, I decided to
buy a shark steam mop from Costco. I chose this mainly for the cheaper
price tag and the great return service at Costco. (I kept the box.)
After using it twice I was happy enough but then I saw the 2 in 1
advertise. Reading the reviews online I was torn. I decided to take a
chance and ordered the mop through KOHL's using a 30% off coupon. I got
the 2 in 1 for the same price as the regular steam mop and I am VERY
happy! I have children, no pets and live in the country. We get a LOT
of sand tracked in and the vac sucks it right up! My large area rug
sheds a lot of wool fuzz and there again... the vac gets it right up.
The "snack" crumbs left by the kiddies are also no match for the vac. I
am not sure why the other reviewers say the vac suction doesn't work???
If you know slate, then you know it is uneven and has a natural
variation in height, other cleaners I have tried didn't work (such as
the Hoover Floor Mate). This Shark Vac then Steam mop worked!! It got
every bit of debris off of the floor, even in the low spots and grout
lines. Due to the uneven nature of slate at times I had to push it a
little harder to get over the "bumps" but by no means was this
"exhausting" as another person put it. I would even recommend it to my
family members who have arthritis, it is easy to use. Switching to
steam took the 30 seconds to heat up and then gave a solid steam for the
endurance of the cleaning, I had about half of the water left in the
container after cleaning. (It didn't run out and I don't feel it needs
to be larger.) I like the clean feel it leaves on the floor and would
not want to add anything to the water, I shy away from chemicals and
extra smells due to allergies. Using the Shark is SO much better then
hands and knees cleaning! I highly recommend!

After having a baby with reflux, two cats, a husband, and ME using tan
microsuede couches for almost 4 yrs, I was about to pay to have them
professionally cleaned. When I looked into the cost of that, I then
started looking for upholstery cleaning machines. With microsuede, if
you dont remove all of the water, a horrible watermark is left and these
compound over time and make the appearance of the fabric look awful. I
knew that whatever I purchased was going to have to be able to remove
the cleaning fluid AND clean really well.
This product not only
meets my standards, but exceeds them! Worked like a charm and will save
us tons of money in the future since we have a new baby coming in 6
wks!
FYI, included with the machine is an 8oz bottle of the
cleaner (Advanced Stain). I bought a 32oz bottle along with the bissell
because I wasn't sure how much I was going to need per cleaning (only a
few ozs!!!) and wasn't sure if any came with the machine. The 8 oz.
bottle will last me a good amount of time! Just thought I would mention
that!
The machine is a little loud (wasn't sure of what to expect- sounds like a vacuum). But, it's worth every penny!!!!!

I just bought this steam mop today in my local Bed Bath & Beyond and
I couldn't wait to get it home and try it out! Once I unpacked all of
the accessories it comes with, ( 4 double sided floor pads - two
rectangular and two triangular, two quick switch cleaning heads, a
purple duster pad for hardwood floors, and the carpet glider) the
assembly was a piece of cake. You simply snap the 3 pieces together,
fill it with water and you're good to go! I cleaned every floor in my
house today (2,800 sq. ft.) in less than an hour and they are spotless!
I have a variety of flooring also--hardwood, laminate, and tile.
Cleans equally well on all surfaces and does not streak at all! It
glides easily across all surfaces and the swivel head makes cleaning in
tight spots so easy! My harwood floors do need to be refinished in the
near future, but this mop actually took away some of the cloudy
appearance abd they look quite a bit better! I also cleaned my garage
floor with it and I cannot believe the dirt it picked up! I would
definitely recommend getting this mop! It does a great job cleaning
and will make your life much easier!

I was looking for something besides my nearly useless Swiffer to clean
my laminate and tile floors (I buy the laminate/tile cleaner instead of
the hardwood floor), and had quite a difficult time. I wanted something
with the simplicity of a Swiffer, but sturdier and more effective. I
initially ignored this product because the reviews were quite mixed, but
I kept coming back to it because it seemed like if it worked it would
be exactly what I was looking for. When I couldn't find anything else, I
finally caved and bought it, and I'm so thankful I did! It IS exactly
what I wanted! The handle is sturdy...much better quality than my
Swiffer. I've had no trouble with the trigger...it sprays out a nice
fine mist. The microfiber pad is bigger than any other floor cleaner
I've seen so I get more done in less time, but it's still narrow enough
to turn sideways and get into small spaces. The microfiber pad also gets
a much better "grip" on the floor, so it can actually scrub as opposed
to the Swiffer pads that just slide around. And I love that I can just
throw the pad in the wash. The one and only tiny issue I have had is
that on rare occasion I won't get a good spray and I have to push down
the cleaning fluid cartrdge to get it going again. But that only takes a
second and it rarely happens anyways, so it doesn't bother me.
TIP: The cleaning fluid cartridges CAN be refilled! Just get a flathead screwdriver and pry off the the lid and use a funnel.

I am so in love with this mop, that's a funny thing to say, but it's
true. I have used a good quality microfiber mop for years, and I have
tried the cheap versions they sell in stores now days, don't waste your
money on the cheap ones. I clean homes and a couple of churches and
decided I needed to get more refills for my current microfiber mop. I
also considered getting one of those Swiffer mops, then I saw the
commercial for the Reveal Spray Mop. I did a little research on line,
and read the reviews on it, I figured I'd give it a try.
I priced
it here and on Rubbermaid's site, this is the better deal here on
Amazon, you get the mop, 3 microfiber mop pads and 2 bottles, on
Rubbermaid's site, you only get the mop, 1 pad and 1 bottle, plus you
have to pay for shipping, get it here, much better deal.
When I
received it, the box looked too small, but it turned out the mop handle
came in two pieces. There are no instructions in the box, but the handle
snapped together pretty easily, and it doesn't come a part easily after
that. The pads are impressive, they are much thicker than my original
microfiber mop pads, that comes in very handy, you don't have to change
(or rinse) the pads as often. One thing you must do when you are using a
microfiber mop is you have to either change the pads or rinse the pads,
just like you would have to rinse a sponge or string mop, it only picks
up so much dirt then it needs a rinse or change, that's no big deal
once you realize that, with this kit, since you get 3 pads, it's not a
problem, once the pad stops cleaning, just change to a clean pad.
I
washed the 3 pads before I used them (I do that with any microfiber
product I get). A bit of advice, with any microfiber product, wash in
hot water, do not wash with towels (it will pick up the lint from the
towels), do not use chlorine bleach, that will destroy the material, and
finally, do not use any sort of fabric softener, the microfiber will
suck up the fabric softener and then it will not pick up dirt, it will
just leave smears. When it comes out of the dryer, it will have lots of
static cling, that is a good thing, especially if you are going to use
it as a dry dust mop.
I had the chance to use my new mop at
church a few days after I received it. I filled the bottle most of the
way with water, then I added just a little ammonia (don't use too much
or you will have to rinse the ammonia off). I first cleaned 2 glass
doors, then started on the floor. I was immediately impressed with it,
the thicker pads pick up so much more dirt and liquid, it cleaned the
windows without leaving any streaks. I have since used it on many other
floors with equally wonderful results. I am so impressed, I am so glad I
didn't buy a Swiffer mop, it's a great idea but with the Reveal mop,
you don't have to buy refill pads nor do you have to buy refill cleaner.
You can use whatever cleaner you want in this bottle, just remember, no
chlorine bleach. And also, use less cleaner than you think you'll need,
the microfiber pad is more than capable of cleaning with plain water.
I
like the swivel feature, I figured out a trick if you are having to mop
under a bed or other low furniture, turn the mop over so that the
bottle is on the bottom of the handle, that way you will not catch the
bottle on the bed frame or furniture. The handle has a trigger that
sprays the water/cleaner, it sprays in a good pattern, just a few inches
in front of the mop, in a near perfect rectangular pattern about the
same size as the mop head. I was able to spray it on the glass door by
holding it level and spraying it toward the glass.
If you are
cleaning a place that has a dog or cat, you will need to sweep very
well, it's nearly impossible to get up all the animal hair, what will
happen is when you are mopping, the animal hair will bunch up in front
of the mop head, it's nearly impossible to keep that from happening, I
just push the hair into one spot and pick it up after I finish mopping.
It's not a flaw in the mop, it would do that with any microfiber mop.
The
mop feels quite sturdy, the pads are thick and substantial, I feel
confident this will keep me happily mopping for many years.
I have recommended this to all of my friends. So far, everyone who has seen it wants one. I give it a big thumbs up.

has a nice weight to it also, but won't be too hot, not too cold...just
right (Little Red Riding Hood). The over size is perfect for my full
size bed. I can't wait to cuddle up and sleep with it. I know my cat
