I have bought two of these bookcases so far and will probably buy another. They are super easy to put together. I do suggest putting it together in the room where it will be housed if you are doing it by yourself so you don't have to struggle getting it through the doorway because of it's height. I had read reviews of people who had ordered these and had damaged parts. I only had a small ding on the first one I ordered, but it was on the back of a side piece so it wasn't really noticeable. The second one I ordered was fine. I have them side by side and they look nice. Because of their narrow size and height, they fit perfectly in my home office and hold quite a bit. The middle shelf is stationary, but the others are positionable which made it great for me. I scrapbook and the bottom shelves can easily accomodate my large albums. I love the cutaway for your base boards on the bottom backside of these bookcases which allow you to push them flush to the wall if you have standard moulding. My shelves are loaded with albums and books and so far I haven't seen any sagging, probably due to the narrow width. Each shelf can hold approximately ten 1 1/2 inch binders with room to spare, just for visual reference on size. They do come with hardware to attach and secure them to the wall as well. All in all, these are great bookcases for the price. They are nice looking and functional. I gave them four stars because they are not perfect. They are not incredibly sturdy and there is nothing fancy about them, but they do their job. As I mentioned before, I will probably buy another.
