Most of our friends have compared the item to similar ones seen in Macys which cost 2 to 3 times as much as what we paid. The item arrived with a slight break of one of the screws (which most likely happened during shipping by ups). It was so minor that we fixed ourselves and didn't call Legacy to inform them. I did mention it in my previous review via amazon and to our surprise, a rep from legacy contacted us to see if we wanted a replacement at no cost or partial reimburement. Now to me that shows that they care about their customer's satisfaction!
